Was in a funk all day today, possibly contributed to by the fact that I stayed up until 4:30am trying and failing to write something to fit the occasion. There were other things that contributed to the badness of the day, but though discouraging, they are trivial and not worth mentioning.
But now it is a new day.
I have laughed with and been hugged in real life by
and hugged via myspace by .I have talked it out with a couple of close friends (thank you for listening).
I have slowly sipped a cup of peppermint tea.
I have listened to a lot of music.
And now I find my inspiration again.
I can do this.
